Description
The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XDAJX-13RK or 272XDAJX13RK, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO designed for medium-duty applications in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck service. It features a 1-1/4″ round output shaft with a 5/16″ key and supports pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm), with intermittent torque rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW). At 500 RPM, shaft power is 29 HP (21 kW); at 1,000 RPM, 57 HP (43 kW). Compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM transmissions, among others.
