Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFAHX-W5XQ or 489XFAHXW5XQ, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Output is a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key, rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
