Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQAHX-W6XE or 489XQAHXW6XE, is an 8-bolt mechanical shift PTO built for most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
