The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZSDAX-A5SQ or 489ZSDAXA5SQ, bolts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec models. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing mounting time and potential leak paths. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft, matching the torque capacity of the 442 Series. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
