Description
The Permatex 81160 is a high-temperature red RTV silicone gasket maker in a 3 oz. tube. Formulated for heavy-duty and high-heat applications, it creates formed-in-place gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling. The cured silicone resists automotive and shop fluids and covers a temperature range of -65°F to 650°F (-54°C to 343°C) intermittent. It can replace almost any cut gasket and coats pre-cut gaskets to increase sealing reliability. OEM specified for demanding applications including towing and heavy-duty use.
